I did some research on and off this site, and the best and clearest info I could find regarding new vehicl import fees are as follows. Does anyone have a reference point to verify these numbers - "a 16% iva + a 35% duty."?

Miguel A loaded 2004 Accord will easily run you $100 millones. To get an idea of the prices multiply the US price of the car by 1.6 and then translate to pesos.
If you plan on selling your 2000 Accord and with the same money buy something in Colombia, then you will probably have to aim a little lower. Imported cars pay a 16% iva + a 35% duty.
