Import Duty to Colombia
Does anyone know if I will have to pay import duty for bringing a wine collection (about 40 bottles) within my personal effects shipment to Colombia? If so what is the rate of duty and which price will they use?

I am moving to Bogota within the next couple of weeks and have incidentally been researching the "Impuestos/Duties" topic myself. So far, I understand my belongins will travel to Bogota as "Unnaccompanied Baggage" or "Equipaje no Acompañado" - and - the DIAN Agency charges a 15% rate over the declared value of your goods.
