Any special vaccinations for traveling to Cali for a week? Yellow fever, malaria?

You don't need anything........ Except your passport.

When are you going?

Even though the risk is low go to your GP/doctor who will advise you what jabs you need, most people get immunizations upon birth or in the early years of their life depending on where you live and the common illnesses there. So you may not have had the same jabs that people in Colombia have had and it would be better to check before going.
Don't want to get sick whilst on holiday in such a beautiful place!...

Re: Immunizations
Take a look at
http://www.cdc.gov/travel/tropsam.htm

I've never been to Cali, so I don't know the specifics for that area.
In other parts of the country (Santa Marta) you are supposed to have
a Yellow Fever certificate (though no one ever asked). I got the
shot anyhow... I did not take anti-milarials and don't know if I
should have, but since I am not filled to the brim with parasites I
guess things worked out for the best.

Regardless of shots you have/don't have I'd say just be sure to use
good insect repellent.

Definitely get a Hepatitis A vaccination if you go anywhere in Latin
America unless bringing your own supply of shrink-wrapped food and
water...

nothing is needed when traveling to Cali. Yes, your passport. (hehe Calipro, the first time that we agree totally on something)

Before I came to Colombia, I was asked by the Colombian Consulate in my country to get the Yellow Fever injection... Well.... I guess it is not a bad idea to get it as it lasts for like 10 years or something. But remember, if you are plannin to get that, please do it at least 10 days before hoppin onto a plane....
