Immigration...one solution

I posted this in a new thread rather than respond to some of the other threads on the same subject. I did this because I did not want to trivialize the discussion in the other threads. Anyway, I am too lazy right now to go back and find UTC's sig line, but I want to give him credit for the thought. Nothing here should be taken too seriously, and is inane. But sure as hell is funny. Okay, I am off to pick up my dinner (AB, I am still bitter about the ceviche, chinese will have to do for now).
