Immigration Through a Family Member

Can anyone tell me if I have to complete 2 USCIS packages for my wife and her 9 year old daughter or does her daughter come as a dependent ?

List The Child on the paper work submitted for your wife-no separate visa petition is needed. One will do. The child will have what is called Derivative Status which allows the child to get an immigrant visa without having a separate petition.

If you are applying for a K-3. If you are applying for immigrant visas, you would have to complete an I-130 for each of them.

Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult.
