My best friend is about to become a US Citizen next month, she wants to petition for her mother, father, stepdad and her soon to be 15 year old sister. Does anyone know if all cases need to be submitted separate? Would all those cases come out at the same time or would priority be given to her mother and biological dad and then to her sister and stepdad? Should she send just one package with the petitions for all of them? Has anyone here had any experiences bringing those kinds of relatives over to the US? If so, what lenght of time should she expect for each case?
Thank you for your attention and help.
