I am investing here and have payed my 10 percent, which is not enough for my investment visa. It will be 3 more months before I pay for all the house off. Is a compraventa enough to get some sort of temporal or rentista visa. I mean how can you sign the title without a cedula which you can't get without a visa?
HELP PLEASE

RealEstateCOL says on Sep 22, 2008, 11:36: It doesn't work that way, you'll get your investor visa only after you have finished the whole transaction which will take about 3 months.

Beachbros says on Sep 22, 2008, 15:28: I mean its not very common to pay for a place with up front cash, but i guess you just need to move100G into a bank, get the visa like that and then carry on with your other payments.
