If I don't have reservations in Barranquilla for Feb am I s.o.l.

If I am out of luck, what are some options for Feb. I was thinking Cartagena, Bar., then St. Marta. Any ideas. I just joined this sight and think its pretty cool. I've been to Ven. Cuba, and Mex., what are some unique Col. things I can expect. Also, it seems that it's either prostitute or the girls are goody two shoes, true? I know very well about getting girls away from their family, yet in Ven. this seemed to be pretty relaxed if she thought you were a good guy. I just dont' want to end up in the sit. where I think I'm suave getting someone out of the disco to find out they want some money (or are men).
Im not just interested in that girls, but it is good to know some of the local customs. I hear the ciudad perdido is great and so is the diving in St. Marta.

So you are not interested in girls who are really men? That's a good start. How about a goody two-shoes hooker? You can pay her and she'll give you a nice firm handshake. The ciudad perdido is excellent - there are some guys giving tours up there. They like to wear camo and rubber boots but don't mind that. You'll have to walk a lot but they'll show you a good time. You'll never want to leave! In fact your families may have to pay them to make you go home. On the other hand, I read somewhere that Colombia is closed for inventory in February.
