I864 fee bill, now what?

just got home and opened my mail box and there it was an envelope from the NVC with the case number assigned, woohoo!!! I only filed for the I130 never sent in a I129f, I guess that is the CR1, and along with the packet I received a choice of agent form, do I have to send that form as well? not quite sure. the fee bill says I only need to send in the money along with the tear off, so whatdo I do with teh choice of agent. So I'm a bit confused, I really don't want to screw up, will be sending the 70 bucks tomorrow overnight just to make sure it will get there on tuesday, woohoo, Im so excited. have a wonderful memorial weekend!!! thanks..

Here is a flow chart of what happens with the NVC: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/NVC_Process_Flowchart_v1-2.pdf

Send in the fee bill along with the $70 as soon as you can. Your husband should also be receiving the Agent of Choice form - yours is a copy. He has to sign it and return it to the NVC and he should designate you as the agent on the form so that all paperwork goes between you and the NVC instead of him.

Also check out this forum especially the thread with time saving tips on working with the NVC: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showforum=83

don't waste valuable time or money with waiting for your husband to receive the choice of agent and then sending it to the nvc. you can do this part by email. i did it and countless others have also, it's well documented on visajourneys website. have your husband send the following email from his email account OR if you have permission to his email account you can send it, just make sure its sent from his account. there is a provision at nvc that if you don't receive the form in the mail you can send this email choosing your us citizen (USC) as the agent. my wife got an email confirmation 2 days later naming me the agent. email it to
