I am not condoning illegal labor or anything like that. But that is what I did to get spending money from age 13 to 19. I also grew up in a town that had 17% unemployment (welcome to Rustbelt, Indiana), so I didn't have many other options. Anyway, around a campus, if you are willing to hussle and work hard physically, you should be able to find under-the-table jobs. I personally think there is nothing wrong with mowing lawns, detailing cars, cleaning condos, etc. as a side job for some spending money for incidentals. He who farts in church, sits in his own pew. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
