It's not my place to judge... but after your very recent post about what happened to you in Colombia a few months ago, you might think about spending some money on talking to a good (not just any) counselor/psychologist about it.

Again, this is just one anonymous internet voice speaking, but looking at you (your photos, anyway) from the outside, I'm hard-pressed to find anything in need of repair and fixing up the outside won't change much on the inside.

Either way, I'd be careful about making any dramatic (and somewhat irreversable) changes this soon after a traumatic experience. Best of luck with your decision, in any case.

I say that you look on google and see what credits each doctor has. Typically if they're recognized by medical assocations like the American Plastic surgeons associations you'll find a lot of informatrion on them. (Like how long they've been doing the surgeries and what they're specialty is)

Reccomendations from friends and other doctors is good too.

Whatever happened to eating right and exercising? I’ve been under the knife for medical reasons and I hated it. I wouldn’t voluntarily go under the knife because it hurts like crazy.

Women who do this are very brave because its nothing that 6 months of dieting and jogging couldn’t cure.

And, it has a lot of machines, a pool etc, etc. The variety keeps me interested. In any event, it's still cheaper than surgery with a hell of a lot less risk. Also, surgery is not going to help much if you go back to your old sedentary ways and poor eating habits...

So, I'm with you on this one!!

Jogging is what I do. It's cheap, it makes a healthy heart and lungs, and it works. My butt and legs look awesome because of it. In the winter I just jump on a treadmill because where I live there is a bunch of hills and could just imagine myself falling on the ice and sliding all the way down the hills.

Mrs. G. If you see a personal trainer they can show you exercises for your pectoral muscles that would make your breasts perky and firm. And I know plenty of women with tight tummies who've had 3 children and got their tight tummies from crunches and leg lifts. It’s not impossible. My mom is 54 years old and has 3 kids. She started working her tummy about 3 years ago and she has the perfect tummy.

It may not seem fun to you at first but then you'll begin to love doing it. Plus it keeps you healthy. Surgery is only temporary; breast implants have to be replaced every 9 years and can be dangerous. Lipo is good at first but then if you gain a tiny bit of weight you'll have dumps all over the places you had the lipo. It will look like an unsightly case of cellulite. Plus sex is only a good cardio workout if you have it for and hour straigh every day.... if you can find a guy who can last that long then you're one lucky woman! hehe

MY suggestion is to really think about that before you go through with expensive surgery. In the end it may not be worth it. I know your going through tough times with your husband leaving and all so maybe you're just thinking this way as a quick fix?

I knew from a friend that lives in Miami that she paid 12,000,000 pesos for a complete lipo and breast... she is perfect today after two babies.
Later other friend talked to him but she wasnt sure, he helped to think about it better and making her understand that it wasnt her time. He is good!
