A previous post i wrote asked the Q do gringos like living in bogota. Only one gringo said he liked it and only gave a few reasons for liking it. All the gringos that don't like it if you read this post please say why you don't like living in bogota. Possibly i am completely wrong but according to my last post there was not much enthusiasm for living in bogota

Wastelandlive says on Jan 10, 2006, 08:07: I liked it. I didn't opine because I don't live there anymore. But I thought it was one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I love the green plains, the mountains, and the red brick architecture. Wasteland 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

Crazy Eagle says on Jan 10, 2006, 11:04: grey versus blue I have heard many positive things about Bogota, but have also heard that it is overcast more often than not. Personally, I need blue skies. "The natural rhythm of life is routine punctuated by orgy" Aldous Huxley 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

SiempreHero says on Jan 10, 2006, 13:51: Gringo on Bogota I have lived in Colorado, Washington DC, Germany, Miami and Bogota. Without any doubt, the place I felt most at home, the most full of life, and met the best friends was in Bogota. I cant wait to move back. And I love the cool, overcast days. Being able to wear a Jacket, tie and slacks (vs Miami style). I liked the smell of Eucalyptus also. It seems to permeate the place. Soon i am going to cash out and go back....
