If you think that's expensive, check out the other thread where a guy rents a Poblado apt for 2.7 M pesos a month. These gringos, God, they're morons.

Sabaneta is suburb in S Medellin Sabaneta is a suburb in the south of Medellin. This Apt is 3 blocks from Cuchicheos.com and 5 blocks from the Centro comercio Mayorca which has the new tower open with 7 theaters and a great food court. The Metro is here also. 12 min by taxi to Parque Lleras. Have your own apt with no security hassels when bringing home your "guests." Also this community sports a great nightlife on a more community level, excepting of course Cuchicheos which is definitly not family oriented :))

700,000/month is about $300/month for a furnished apt without any paperwork hassels.

Anyone can email me here at PBHG contact info or at Cuchicheos.com

And for chrispej, MedellinViking is a 4yr Medellin resident, club owning gringo

looks like a good deal but,,, Ok I dont want to offend anyone but the Club looks like a swingers club... Am I correct? I mean to each is own, but I was hoping that the apartment has nothing to really do with that considering I have a girlfriend in Medellin, and I doubt she is down with that but I never really asked her maybe I should... But real I am really interested in the apartment can I see Pictures?

Apt and Cuchicheos 3 blocks apart The apartments in Sabaneta are where I feel comfortable having my friends and clients. It is in a family neighborhood.

Cuchicheos does serve the swingers community and the voyeur couples and the exhibtionists and more :))

In defense of MedellinViking's club, you don't even know it's there. My wife used to eat at a restaurant around the corner from the club and she was shocked to see where it was located. She had no idea! There are several other swinger clubs in Medellin - who knows? You might be next to one.
