What exactly is the problem? Have you begun the visa process? K-1? K-3? I know it is a long road, but why are you having such a hard time? Just be patient, document everything, jump through the hoops, pay the fees, obey the rules, and wait the months.

If you're having a specific problem, there are a ton of people on here with a lot a good advice.

If... If your girl is younger than 55 and/or doesn't have much in the way of financial assets in Colombia, then stop wasting your money on tourist visa attempts. Chances are slim that she'll ever get a tourist visa. There are always exceptions, of course, but to be practical, you'll probably just have to plan on growing your relationship in Colombia and when you want to get married, then you can apply for the fiance visa.

My advice, go visit her as often as you can and when you think you want to get married - decide on the type of visa to apply for - a K1 or a K3 (or CR1) - If you do not want to get married yer (or ever) you can't get her a visa to visit - its very nearly impossible for most Colombians (and you have already tried twice.) Why bother? If you don't want to get married, then just go down there and "Visit" as many and as often as you want. Heck, with a $1000 RT (half that if you live in Miami) you can have a decent week for less than $2000. That's the price of what 10 American dates (5?, 1/2?)

If you want to get married, then fill out the papers and you can have your honey here in 6-9 months.

Either way, why bother to try to import her illegally?

Toughluck there is another one within seconds....So move to Miami get a job don't get caught up in the fastlane in Miami and you have enough money to go back and forth all the time..You can leave your job on a Friday at 15:30 be at MIA by 16:00 to catch the famous AA923 at 17:35 to Medellin and be at work by 13:00 by Monday just makesure and bring a carry on only..The famous AA 924 comes back early on Monday..

Now isn't that easy...No hassels of marriage or moving to Colombia and also no obligations..Its like living two lives

Well has not happened ye You know hard to believe because Medellin Security has had respect and the police no problem.. Yes they checked my bags twice and the dogs..Hard to believe but I have traveled from Peru at least 50 times and that never happened but Peru different from Colombia. I am sure also they do a racial profile before going to the extreme..like you said.. All I have to say the Medellin Airport Security/Police have been respectful and courteous..I also noticed they are looking more for dollars/checks/funds than drugs..I really think your going to the Extreme NO OFFENSE..but I am very happy living in Miami which gives me the opportunity to go to Colombia on a 3 hour flight..and affordable..To me this is the best get a job in Miami and it is easy to go back and forth..Also you meet chicas with Visas when the come to Miami for shopping they give you a call..

Thirty minutes to MIA in rush-hour traffic? Not a chance, even with an insane Haitian cab driver at the wheel.

Lets see, 52 trips a year at $400 a pop is about $21.000, or half of that for every other week is about $10.500 and you can't get that price year round. How about other expenses in Colombia like transportation, entertainment, meals, housing??????

802MARK is correct at some point some enforcement agency is going to dig deeper. Of course if you travel on your passport you can cut those expenses because you are limited to six moths in country as a tourist.

I can eat on Calle Ocho HAS okay Cuban Food but have a few places in Hialeah much better but why would you want to party there.. God Calle Ocho right were Roberts Drugs Little Vietnam and Oh Yeah nice prostitutes...Rather fly to Medellin.. NO OFFENSE BUT CALLE OCHO...YOU HAVE TO AGREE WITH ME..
Lived in Miami 22 years..and bored here and have alot of fun in Medellin not too many backstabbers there..like here .. Miami such a transit city.. I enjoy Medellin with many friends now and met some nice girls but don't promise anything and they respect me..Maybe I will meet a nice girl and see what happens but I will not jump the gun..My opinion stands Miami makes it very easy to Visit Colombia and you don't have to get a Business Visa,force a marriage, go crazy trying to get a Visa and then have the chica after three years get her resident card and say goodbye and take half of your assests..and lives a beautiful life in Miami on the money you earned..
They are Pro's and Con's based on your lifestyle and what you want..
