I have a friend with 2 beach villas for RENT outside of Santa Marta (in an eco area - Buritaca)

Description and Location:

The two villas are located 30 meters from the Buritaca River on the left and the beach in front with a view of both where you can bathe in each at any time. It's 15 minutes from Tayrona Park, Santa Marta. You will love this local because its outside of the city in a quiet and natural area where the greenery and vegitation are some of colombias best. These villas are ideal for the eco-tourist looking to see more than just the city.

This location is close to Santa Marta and many naturaly beautiful ruins which you can visit. In the area of the villa there are guides which will arrange your trip whereever you might want to visit. You will be approximately 1/2 hour from Santa Marta via a very modern highway.

Here you will meet kind people, taste delicious local cuisine, and truelly experience the natural beauty and magic of Colombia.

Each villa has two bedrooms (1 with a double and the other with 3 sets of bunkbeds, and a single bed with a under pull-out). The second bedroom is very large. Each villa has a kitchen, family room, dining room, and patio. They also have two hammacks and the apartment fits 10 persons comfortably.

The apartment has battery backup in case of power outage and water reserves in case of water outage.

THERE IS A DISCO (beach type disco) WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR NIGHTS AND MEET BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE 100 METERS FROM YOUR FRONT DOOR.

The villa is close to the supermarket and the boardwalk where you will find tons of fantastics restaurants in front of the ocean.

The is one of the most secure areas where many international visitors from Australia, Europe, Israel, and United States frequent. THERE ARE NO GUERILLAS IN THIS AREA or anywhere close.

Price: US$80.00/day, US$450/week, US$1,200.00/month (includes everything + daily cleaning by the maids)
