I am planning to move back "Home"..!!

Hi there,
I've literally just found this incredible website were hopefully all my questions would be answered!
I am a 29 colombian single female, who has spend half of her life in London...but i've decided to go back home in Nov this year!
This is a huge thing for me as i have never worked there before and obviously don't know lots of things.
I am planning to do my TEFL course this summer and hopefully that could get me started!
I am also trying to find a place to live, i remember living in the south part of Cali but i would love to move to North instead?...Can anyone give more ideas on how to sort of " get settle or find ways of making life as easy as possible"...Lots of best wishes to all.
Many thanks

Don't know Cali But Good luck!

Can you ask your relatives to help you resettle?

just wondering why would you like to move to the north of Cali instead of the south? I personally prefer the south.

Desi,

Hey, the north is nice too. What beautiful memories I have of the north...el barrio la Flora, ChipiChape, la sexta, Plaza Norte, el Motel Star...whoops! Maybe I should stop before I get ahead of myself.

I know all the places you mentioned, Colx, except the motel...sounds like you're due another trip to la Sultana.

I like the north too, lived in San Vicente (between Ave. las Americas and the Sexta) and in Juanambú, on the top of the hill. Both very nice, especially Juanmbú with the fragrance of camias in the night...lots of fond memories from the north too.

I lived in Tequendama for many years, right at the front of the park. The air was clean, the chiminangos gave a good shade and life was good.

I'm due another trip to la Sultana too, soon.

Cheers,
Desi
