Just kidding. I had this idea that to sort of console my five daughters who are distraught about my imminent departure to (in their words) that hell hole, where people are kidnapped, murdered, subjected to bestiality and every other indignity on earth every day in Bogota in particular.

I was thinking of compiling a sort of diary of a selection of all the more moderate tributes that Colombia has to offer to try to ease their collective minds.

I am not naive and can handle myself OK. My children do not think so however and are visibly distressed, they are ganging up on me and I think they are more to be feared than the FARC.

I am willing to gratefully peruse any offerings or ideas that anyone has to offer (hint) please

Cross-indexing can be quite a challenge and most websites don't offer the tools to install this functionality. I have been looking into various options for my own purposes and some might be applicable here. The current Google search is basic and rudimentary, I admit, but often it does the job. But I assume you want to search for certain posts/comments, not whole threads, like comment by XY on topic Z. Let me know your ideas ...
