But with a few others I see serious yahoo chatroom behavior, flaming and being obnoxious.

I used to be manager/host of very large msn chatrooms and I recognize the behavior. I believe some here are big pretenders.

Disapointed This is the first time I am part of an Internet forum. I have never participated in any chat room either. I am a very busy person, but this particular site seemed pretty interesting and mature. I think it's great to be able to share information about my country with other people that want to visit it, that miss it or that have fallen in love with it. But, sure enough... it was too good to be true. In the past few weeks, this site has turned into a big soap opera stage, with childish behavior, inappropriate comments and temper tantrums. I hope we can go back to the old decent and respectful ways and help others know and admire Colombia.

She just sent me a PM also.. I was ONLY JOKING about the three posters, she's not them. She did mention being flamed by someone here in a PM. If that's true, then I think Peter should look into it. If anyone feel strongly enough to flamed someone opinon then at least have the moral courage to do in the public forum. Why flame someone in private?

He replied to me asking what changes are needed. I suggested a few.

Please understand that it is Peter's decision ... so I will keep the conversations undisclosed. A host hears many things, a good host stays silent ... but executes when needed. I respect Peter a lot for this board, I will do what I can to help him keep it clean.
