do I need to fill out a 751 form for my wife and 2 other seperate forms for my 2 stepsons?now until the 30th of july its $200,,after the 30th it will be $500 each.hher expiration date of temp res is jan 24th 2008,,,can i file now???and not within the 90 days before the 24th jan?????

bueno_pues says on Jul 22, 2007, 10:20: You may end up having them keep your filing fee and denying your petition because it was not filed within the proper time frame. This has happened with people filing citizenship petitions too early so I can imagine the same thing happening with the I-751.
