Ok -- my turn for a question...
We married Jan 20th 2006 and I am preparing to send the I-130, then followed by the I-129F so we can be together here in the U.S. as soon as possible...
I did not notice anything specific in the instructions for each of these forms, but I have a concern regarding Affidavit of support....
Do I need to file/include an I-864 or some other Affidavit of Support package?
Thanks
FG

Gator says on Jan 30, 2006, 07:54: What Visa... are you requesting? K-1 requires the 134 and the K-3 requires the 864 "Credidi pretio parvo emere et magno vendere tibi in animo fuisse!" . 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

FredGarvin says on Jan 30, 2006, 08:36: I will be... using the I-129F / Non-Immigrant visa application. Since this app is "normally" used for the "Financee Visa" and requires some Affidavit of Support, I was a inquiring *where* in the instructions does it ask for this affidavit... I didn't see it specifically requested anywhere in the app.
