Hugo Chavez's plans...?

Do you all think that it is in Hugo Chavez's plans to form an alliance with different anti USA and pro communist governments and eventually try to take over other countries e.g. USA, Colombia, Central/South American countries not currently pro Chavez, the former USSR countries....
I keep reading about how Russia is selling weapons, etc. to countries like Venezuela, Nicaragua, Bolivia.

Also, how come all the countries that are Capitalist feel like they need to stop Communism/Socialism and vice versa...I personally don't give a fuck if someone wants to be Communist/Socialist...I think both systems have their good and bad points. My main concern is that the govt. is transparent.

These countries(russia, venezuela, etc.) don't want to have to listen to the world in terms of how they set their policies...they are intelligently(from their perspective) forming an alliance which gives them power, they also have similar systems of govt. I am just worried that they have evil intentions with what they will do with their powers.
