Hi we are 2 young guys (23 and 30)living in Cali. I am from Australia and my friend is from New Zealand. We are renting a huge house in Ciudad Jardin, Cali (which is in what we believe is the nicest and safest part of Cali). and are looking to find people either short or long term to live in the house.
The house has a pool, 2 jacuzzis, suana, steam room dance floor, a bar, internet and cable TV. Basically everything you could imagine. The bedrooms are around the same size as a studio apartment and all have private bathrooms
Basically the monthly costs are around 5 million pesos ($2200 US dollars I believe) we are looking to split that cost between either 3 or 4 people instead of just the 2 of us. Also the house is so big that some extra people would give the house more life.
We have been here for 2 months and are both intending to stay for over 1 year. We have an intimate knowledge of the night life here and would be happy to show anyone where to go or not to go.
I can be contacted by email mr_srule at hotmail.com for photographs or more information.

itguy says on Apr 11, 2007, 12:23: Please email me to discuss costs as it would depend on how long you want to stay. As a general rule for short term (minimum 1 week) we can rent a furnished room for 180,000 COP per night which is about $75 USD
