Does anyone know how to get into Ecuador and how to leave Colombia without an immigration stamp or immigration notice at the border?A friend needs to get the stamp into Ecuador but avoid the stamp out from Colombia. By reason beyond his control he overstayed in Colombia.

Philly says on Dec 7, 2008, 20:28: You can not do it. They will see the stamp from when he entered Colombia, but there will not be a stamp from leaving. Really, do you really think it is that easy? If it was possible, everyone would be doing it. I am sorry, I can not stop laughing.

He should contact his embassy/consulate in Colombia to see what can be done on his behalf.

Whether you can get an immigration stamp into Ecuador without an emigration stamp for Colombia, I do not know. Don't see why not though. La vida es una rutina 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
