How will the relased hostages be treated?

I was just thinking to myself, How will the released hostages be treated. Not so much Ingrid but the Policemen and Mitilitary guys. How will they be paid? How will they be helped by either the Colombian govt. or the American govt. to rejoin society. Some have been gone for ten years. I sure hope these guys a treated like the national heros they are.
