how to vote from abroad? (US election)

I know it´s kind of late to ask, but does anyone know the easiest way to vote? I´ve missed a deadline because I changed addresses, but i´m asking for a friend (who lives in a swing state).

go to votefromabroad.org, fill out the information, print it, sign it, then mail it somehow (the quickest, most reliable way, I would think).
