i am now a resident in colombia and have been investing in real estate here. i'm trying to find good info on how i need to pay taxes and do tax returns in colombia. i need correct advice from anyone with experience, good attorneys who don't over charge to take advantage of gringos, and an accountant who is up to date on the recent tax laws and changes and how they apply to international investors with residency.
