How to obtain a Student Visa?

Hi all
I am looking for the option to take a technical course
Would that qualifies for a student visa?
Do I have a minimum hours a week that I need to study?

Thanks
El Dorado

El Dorado, thanks for your participation, but be a little more considerate about littering the boards with 10 posts in 30 seconds (a bit of an exaggeration, but you get my drift). Gotta be self-sufficient to survive in this country...The minimum, as I remember it, is 10 hours plus homework
