How to amuse a five year old in CTG??

My son is used to going to play centres, parks, farms, walking in the country, picnics, kids theatre etc here in the UK. Last time we went to CTG he was 3 and wanted to spend his time in the kids pool. That was OK but am now looking for other things for him to do when we go in Dec. I could only find one park (next to the pink hotel in el Laguito) which was mainly closed. He didn't like the beach much and there didn't seem to be anywhere to take him. Went to Hilton pool one day and to Islas Rosarios which was good. Any ideas? Anyone know of any kids clubs/playcentres where he can mix with Colombian kids?
