Hey guys I am not sure if this has already been answered.
I have a question, once a girl gets her visa how long can she stay in Colombia, does she have to go right away.
And how long does she have to stay in USA once she is married.
What if the couple want to stay in Colombia longer or live for a time down here. but they have already fiiled for a visa. Can the girl loose her visa, will she be able to come back frequently.
Is it a wierd question. I really need to know.

utopiacowboy says on Dec 16, 2005, 12:12: Siviat's right. If you need to go back and forth to Colombia for a while, you might be better off getting married in Colombia and getting a K3. The K3 is a two year multiple entry visa. The processing times are about the same for the K1 and the K3. Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
