HOW MUCH IS A TAXI RIDE IN BOGOT�?

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TAXI SERVICE IN BOGOT�?

- Door to Door: add 600 pesos (When you call to ask for a cab)

- Counter function: Each unit every 100 mts: $62 pesos (LOOK AT THE DIGITAL COUNTER NEXT TO THE DRIVER,

- Starting (Arranque o banderazo): 1.600 pesos (25 units) (The counter starts on 25)

- Every 30 sec waiting adds $62 pesos (every 30 sec it changes and it cost you $62 pesos)

- Extra charge for a ride to the Airport, Punte Aereo: Add $3.100 pesos (50 units)

- Night Charge: if it´s during the night from 8pm to 5 am, sundays and holidays Add $1.500 (Eq 24 units)

-Minimum ride 3.100 pesos (50 unid)

-Service per hour: 14.000 pesos (225 unidades) (If you need someone to take you to different places during an hour... he is going to wait for you, and take you everywhere). If you need someone to pic you up at a certain time ad $5.000

One important thing to note is that all cabs should have a fare sheet in the back seat that you can use to double check the fare. Pay attention to the number on the taxi's meter. Look up this number on the fare sheet and you will see the correct corresponding fare.
