How much can I rent my room for?

OK, I know this is very vague... but...

I have a really nice 3 bed, 8th floor apartment in Poblado, Medellin (128m2), in a lovely street 5 minutes above Oviedo. I want to rent out 1 room. The room has its own bathroom (seperate) and own parking.

The downside is that the apartment is not very well furnished, though things will improve poco y poco.

How much can I rent this for per month? The price will include all bills, etc.
