How long has it taken you to receive your Avianca Plus card?

This question is for anyone who has received their Avianca Plus card in via snail mail anywhere in the lower 48 states.

Been a member of this program for over a year. To date I've received nothing in the mail, not even an e-mail.

Luckily, I remembered my number and I am in their system. Great customer service, huh.
