How long for B1 visa appointment?

Can anyone please help me with this question?

How long does it take for the US embassy to give an appointment for a B1 visa applicant?

I have dealt with this very recently... It can be tough though.. I have had 3 people denied by US Embassy in Bogota for B1 visas to come top the U.S. for training for my business that i am expanding into Colombia.. It took less than 1 month for the interviews... 1 was 10 days.. Even if the applicant checks out ok they look for any reason to say no.. 1 app was told only 5 in 100 get approved and that was by the interviewer.. The 4th was approved this week...
