Hi
Just a small question: how long does a deported person in Colombia have to wait before s/he can re-enter the States legally?
Thanks!

I think it's like 5 years if you've been in the States legally and left under your own free will, but 10 years if you are actually deported. There are a few waivers that the person can apply for to gain reentry, but they are difficult to be approved. las cosas caen por su propio peso 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

I asked him a bunch of Q after that. "To err is human - and to blame it on a computer is even more so."Robert Orben 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

They pulled him over for not wearing his seatbelt and checked his legal status. He'll be on his way back to Mexico next week. las cosas caen por su propio peso 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
