HOW LONG DO I HAVE

HELLO, I am now with my new wife and was wondering how long do I have to finish the final paper work. We got married within the 30 days but have not filed the rest. Whats the time limit here. Thanks to you all.

vic has uncovered a little known fact about human development..............a relationship between a man and a woman can only last 33 months. this is ingrained in our genes over millions of years since we were animals.

a woman gets pregnant, has the baby and then needs the man to take care of her for 2 years until she can take care of the baby and herself.

her eyes begin looking for another impregnator after 33 months. this is all suppressed but is in her genes.

If I remember correctly the visa is good for 90 days and she is here illegally after that, unless you have a receipt from immigration that you filed the papers. Its not like they will come looking for her but unless your getting cold feet you may as well get the stuff sent in..

All joking aside - we need more details to answer your question. Is she in the US on a K1 fiancee visa? Is she here on a tourist visa? Are you guys even in the US?

Assuming you guys are in the US, and she is on a K1 visa, and you got married in 30 days after her arrival - you have 60 more days to file for adjustment of status. Details on that process can be found on visajourney.com. It is very straight forward and nothing to be intimidated by. If you still are not sure what to do, ask any illegal immigrant what to do. You will be given sound, expert advice on the process for adjustment of status to permanent residency.
