If I remember correctly the visa is good for 90 days and she is here illegally after that, unless you have a receipt from immigration that you filed the papers. Its not like they will come looking for her but unless your getting cold feet you may as well get the stuff sent in..

Assuming you guys are in the US, and she is on a K1 visa, and you got married in 30 days after her arrival - you have 60 more days to file for adjustment of status.
