How is Santa Fe, Bogota nowadays in terms of the

HOLA!!!
I went to Santa Fe, Bogota about 10 months ago. It was the most wildest, raw, and adrelanline stimulating environment I have ever been in. I stayed in the El Dorado hotel and just had the cabbie drive me there. I have the option to go on this Saturday to Bogota and be there by 9pm. My question is...is Santa Fe still the "wild" place it was 10 months ago? Are there chicas running around in the red light district? Is the music pumping out loudly? is La Piscina still open? Are all of the clubs and establishments still running good? How about the massage parlors?
Basically I just want to go to the most wildest and sleazy part of Bogota, and just "have a good time!"
Why do I ask this? because I have a strange fear that Uribe, like Giuliana, wants to shut down all of the establishments, ban prostitution and drugs, and make Sante Fe as good as death like Times Square is today in NYC.
Will this ever happen? is my fear rational or irrational?
Is Santa Fe still wild and raw today?
That is what I would like to know before I cough up for the airfare and only find out that everything is shut down!

I have only been to Colombia once, have absolutely no idea how Santa Fe is nowadays, am about to cough up a fortune on airfare and am 100% serious for a straight answer.

Stay out of the red light district and see the rest of Bogotá. You can spend a year there and not see all of its riches.

aztec, what part of bogota would you recommend for a "wild" nightlife, in terms of the most dense concentrations of nightclubs and stripclubs?
Am I right in my assumption that Santa Fe is the most wildest part of Bogota?
I apologize for those offended, I dont want to sound like some idiot here, who just wants to party and make Colombia look bad, but right now, but I am 22 years old, and just want to party.

if your 'wild' nightlife = prostitutes it's a great place (so I've been told)...

I just don't believe you need to go to prostitutes in Bogota to have a wild time. Make some friend in Bogota and you will never want to leave! That is what happened to many of us.

How much would you guys think is needed to spend each day to have a good time?
I am thinking along the lines of 100-150 USD a day?

I think you are one sick little dude. First it is no longer called Santa Fe and has not for some time. Second, I don't think we need people who come in here looking to get laid.
third, I don't think that you are a newbie either. Probably one of the lost idiots who kicked out of here. Go somewhere else like www.I can't get laid where I live so I will go to Bogota.com

It is not life that matters, but the journey.

4) all of the above

It will all become Uribe's way as the military will flood the streets of course the strippers will have to go as will the desechables. Prepagos are cool in Uribe's book though. Uribe only drinks guaro so all other spirits will have to go. So yea, if you like partying like a restless Montañero then all should be good for you to keep partying in Santa Fe.

Romy, you’re totally obsessed with Uribe. You turn any post into an anti-Uribe rant. Get a life, even Chavez has turned the page.

Bravo, Presidente Uribe for the perfect operation!

I'd rather go to a restless Montañero party than a taco party or even a clown party
