Thinking of doing NYE there this year. I'd prefer other cities, but Avianca is quoting approx. $200+ for trips from BOG to BAQ/CTG. Therefore, will probably just do Bogota for a few days.
Any suggestions regarding NYE in BOG???

I would not expect the nightlife in Bogota to be too crazy that night since most locals will be out of town, but you never know. There are some nice parties going on in hotels. Another good option is to drive to some of the neighboring towns (Girardot, Villa de Leyva, Chia).
