how does the application looks like in sending it to the USCIS for K1?

It depends on how comfortable you are with what you want to send. I sent in a 16 page petition with a cover letter and one paperclip. I have heard of people sending 50+ pages and in one case 700 pages! So whatever makes you comfortable! Good luck

Don't be so paranoid send it however you want to. I had a cover letter saying the folowing:
Note that the fees have gone up. If you want to send several pages with folders and separators and etc. etc. - do what makes you comfortable. Mine was a total of 16 pages and 4 pictures in a little see through envelope.
