How do you say Chicken Hawk in Colombia?

Is there an equivalent term in Colombia for those middle and upper class Colombians who sitting cosily in Canada, Miami, or north Bogota are the most adamant supporters of war ?

What's the term for those that would never sacrifice their own lives, but want to force some other humilde Colombian that couldn't buy his way out of military service to sacrifice his life hiking through the mountain jungles and muddy villages of Colombia ?

Hmmm... maybe we need a specific word for those who favor a military solution but are not willing to join the military themselves. As I've said before, war is a lot of fun when you don't have to fight it.

They used to call upper class leftwingers "Guerrilleros del Chicó." Maybe we should call this people "Lanceros de Miami."

I always thought a "chicken hawk" was an older gay man who was into young men/boys.

Leaving the details and nuances aside...I guess any of those terms could work, if you really, really see the need to find one.
