We have bought a nice place on the beach in El Rodadero...its a cabin sleeps up to ten all set to go..........this is our winter retirement place...but we are not there yet.I have built a website which has attracted sevral Canadian travellers...but I have not been able to figure out this past year how to get rentals to Colombians.
What's the best process.Find agencies in big cities and pay a commission for rentals....advertise in the paper...go to post on particular websites?????????????
We are only looking for a reasonable market price and the place is perfect for families or groups of friends
I am not hawking this to you guys.......just need some local wisdom.....How can I access the potential Colombian renters
Any feedback would be muchly appreciated.
Thanks
