How do you make Colombian Food?

Hello to everyone,

I am new on the scene. I am an Australian who is engaged to a Colombian.

We are living in Australia and planning to travel to Colombia in December. (This will be my first time)

I am wanting to find some recipe's for making traditional Colombian dishes. My fiance really misses eating Colombian food.

Cheers,
Jem

First of all Tell us what region he's from, cos each region has it's own traditional dishes.
Then it be easier to narrow them down, since there's a lot of tradition Colombian dishes!

Colombian Food link Here's a link with some great colombian recipes. The downside is that it's in spanish so you will need to translate them. My wife uses these recipes all the time and they taste great.
Good Luck.
