How do I report spouse visa FRAUD?

Hi, i was wondering where i go or how do i go about reporting a spouse visa fraud in the United States. I don't think it's fair people waiting for 3-5 yrs for their spouse when someone cheats the system and gets their spouse here in 3 months. Please get back to me if anyone knows what i can do. Thank you.

to sweethearts.. I am asking for help here. I wouldn't tell on them for no reason. First of all, why would i be jealous? I have been an american citizen all my life. I was finding out info to see if a person I knew went about the spouse visa correctly.2nd of all, i thought this forum was for help. 3rd of all, if i were in that situation I wouldn't cheat the immigration. It's called Karma. Why would i risk that for my family. Lastly, I would never even post a comment up like that if they were good people. The reason I'm doing this is because they have destroyed so many lives. Too many, you wouldn't even believe. Thanks for the help anyways. Sweetheart, please think or know the whole story before you speak too much.

to sweethearts Also, you think that's fair cheating the system when there are other people out there doing it the right and fair way?? You must have a corrupt mind. Also, like I said if they were people that weren't hurting other people's lives why would I butt in and ruin their lives if they are interfering with others? I wouldn't waste my time on this forum if they were destroying other peoples' lives. So if you have nothing to say as help for the topic I'm posting then please don't even waste your time replying useless messages on the thread. Ask me about the whole situation before you start saying all that please.

Clarification itong_pinoy, perhaps you need to clarify the situation a bit. When people here "Fraud" combined with "spousal visa" they tend to assume that the marriage itself is not a genuine relationship with these two people. Is this what you mean to say? That is the only "reportable" thing which could have happened.
If not, then people may be wondering just what you ARE saying.

I have been an american citizen all my life. "I have been an american citizen all my life!",a direct quote from itong_pinoy in a previous comment. Really!!!!!!!!!!! There are many countries in the Americas. Secondly, another comment that suggests some jealousy, "The reason I'm doing this is because they have destroyed so many lives." The use of the proverbal, 'they' seems to indicate a person scorned. Futhermore, these broad statements combined with the word fraud spells jealousy. itong_pinoy story does not add up.....it screams jealousy.........

itong You wrote on another thread that you are back now in US but were in Phillipines for last 16 yrs. You said you were just starting the process of applying for your wife(I am assuming K3). Are you talking about a hypothetical 3-5 yr. wait to get your spouse here. It should not take that long unless there are some serious problems with the facts of the case (I am thinking suspicion of immigration fraud that can't be resolved). In some places a Direct Consular Filing can speed the process up a lot. In any event, a normal time from application to entry can be as little as four and a half months. It seems like you may be a little confused. Can you give more facts? Also, do you have any interest/knowledge of Colombia? Just want to make sure you realize the point of this board.

Sweethearts. I didn't say my friend. Okay, the whole reason I wrote on here is because I was researching on immigration and found this forum. I haven't found any others so far and this seems like the forum where people reply real fast. To jay, I know this is a columbia forum, but there are some people on here that ask questions that don't pertain to Columbia. Someone is from the Philippines and asked a question about it and got great replies. I was just getting on this thing to help out a family member of mine. To all the people that replied after sweethearts and said something rude.. did you not see what I just wrote. I just came on here to get some help and if not then please don't say anything. To Bhill. Sorry if I say fraud. I'm pretty young and don't know much about this stuff and that's why I'm getting on here to ask questions. I just want to know how you can send a letter or where I can to the immigration about a person lying their way to get their family here. I don't want to say much about this situation unless I really have to, but the reason why this person came here to the US so quick and is trying to get his family here so fast is because him and his wife and committed crimes in the Philippines. Now they are trying to destroy a family's life here in the US. Well, I just want to clear this up to everyone. There is so much more to this story. I'm getting so many rude replies. I asked for help, if no one can help it's okay. But if someone can, I would be very happy. Thank u.

A lot of your questions.... can be answered at www.visajourney.com ...That board has much of the information on how to answer your own questions. My advice is not to worry about other peoples issues. The system should catch most fraud on its own. If you are sincere in trying to get your wife to US, this site will help you.

Okay he got caught! He hurt many people in the Philippines and now is here in the US to ruin other people's lives. He had several crimes in the Philippines including years of car theft and land grabbing. Now he is here after 16 yrs tryin to grab someone else's land. He had to show up in court and lost the case and has to pay money on top of that for the damages done and harassing the tenants. He, his wife, and some of his kids are being deported. They had a court hearing scheduled at the end of March again for car theft. They tried to quickly run to the US. They have been doing this for years and now it's over. Sweethearts and some other people that said things that weren't of help. Hope you know the whole story before saying anything. I wouldnt just go and ruin other people's lives for no reason. For those who replied and gave me some help. Thank you.

Don't criticize someone's spelling of Filipino when you cannot spell Colombia correctly. Don't you think there are better places on the internet to look for your answers than a forum about Colombia? Have you ever heard of Google? Take your whinning somewhere else please!
