how can i?

anyone in colombia know how can i get a birth certificated from cali if i am in California?

i dont have any family only my sister and me she lives in NY and she said that i could get it from that place that i was first certified, but i dont know where that was and i can go to colombia because i need the birth certificate to get a passport so i can go back to Cali.

Can anyone help me?

Try the online service critter told u and look if that's enough...but i'm not sure because a family member asked me to do the same thing you need about 2 months ago. I send the paper through Deprisa and it took 3 days to get there. Documents have a higher rate (Col$69 thousand)but you NEED to know where were you registered
