How bad is the Uribe Vs Chavez conflict?

It must be getting bad, i live in a small city and the local news rarely talks about whats going on in South America but lately there has been a story on Colombia every day

well.. I'm sure, for THE MEDIA... this is 'some new blood'.. a new storyline..
Call some Colombianos/as who are living there, and talk to them, Coonsie.
I'm sure the 'armed forces' are very busy, but for the average Joe Citizen, at
least in the Big Cities... I think it's mostly life as usual.

Why Not Colombia?..........Stay Tuned, for more.... utterly worthless, self-indulgent gobbets of nonsense.

yeah, MaFe... every Colombian I speak with, in Bogota, in Medellin... even in Pasto... seems like,.. THIS IS .. LITTLE-TO-NOTHING. Don't you guys worry. Life as usual.
Yet, my 16-yr-old daughter told me today, they are discussing it in school today.
Hummh... guess I'd better hit the campus and make sure they ain't tellin a bunch of lies.

humm.. I didn't ask her, if she told them her dad would soon be married to 'one of the scoundrelitas'...jajj!

Just got off of the phone with relations in Medellin and with the closing of the Colombia Venezuela border food is already spoiling in the local markets. There is just too much of it. This has got to be a blow to the farming community.

Maybe the lack of food will motivate someone to take care of Chavez once and for all.

I think it should have read WOAD.
