House Prices in Burcaramanga

I understand there is a wide range of prices for houses and condominiums. I was wondering in maybe strado 4, 5, 6 some normal prices. A house or condo with about 3/4 bedrooms, 2/3 bathrooms. I saw the following house on YouTube....what would a house like this cost about? . If you can give me the approximate in pesos and dollars (US) would appreciate it. If you have any other houses or condo pictures and prices would love to see those also.

Corey, that house is extreemly nice for Bucaramanga and in a great area. Houses are very differenet here than what you find in the US. I wish I knew more about house prices but we still rent here so I am not sure.
