Hotel(s) in the North of Cali

Dear All ~ Hope all is well
What is that hotel near Chipichape in the north but south of the mall about a block away from the sexta avenida? Usually stay at the Sheraton but want to try this establishment as it looked pretty good. I recall it had a like blue lines around the edges of the buildign with a white facade. Also, are there any hotels in the north budget or not near the chipichape area? Thanks in advance

Aparta hotel del rio has the blue...but not really the white facade you're talking about...they're in the north.
