Hotels in Itagui.

Anyone reccomend a good hotel at a reasonable price in Itagui. I'm going for the Flower Festival in August for the first time and I am trying to get to know a little before I go.

Unbelieveable. A hotel in Itagui. I've heard it all.

Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult.

Itagüí Hotels? First of all, that´s not the area where you should be staying at if you want to enjoy the Flower Festival in August. Second, that´s not exactly a good area so I suggest that you look for mid priced hotels in the La 70 area (Avenida La 70 close to the Estadio metro station). There are several hotels in that area and you´ll be close to all the main events.

Spare some tips to the novice The question probably sounds dumb, but I'm an ignorant person when it comes to Colombia since it's my first time. That's why I'm asking questions. You're probably out there a lot. That's why the question might sound dumb to you. Any tips while I'm out there since you seem to know a lot about Medellin. Is it a rough place out in Itagui.
