Hotels / Travel Agency Info

Hi, I am going to Colombia in April. As I have experienced that travel agencies offer mostly a much better rate than the hotel, can someone name a reliable travel agent in Cali?

I am specifically looking out for a good rate at the Intercontinental in Cali. Thanks a lot.
