Hotel Saint Simon and the Airport

Hoping someone can help me here. On previous visits to Bogota, I would stop by the tourist information desk in the airport who were able to offer a great promotional rate for the Hotel Saint Simon (always better than contacting the hotel myself).

Unfortunately, this time around I arrive at 9:30 PM and the tourist information desk will be closed. Does anyone have a phone number for the airport or even better, for the tourist desk at the airport?
