hotel olimpica, and berlinas

has anyone stayed here? i managed to get a reservation for friday. 25,000 pesos, expensive for my budget, but it seems to be the cheapest i can find.
berlinas is asking for 95,000 pesos to get to barranquilla from bogota, estan carro certo?
and are there other extrañeros in hotel olimpica? travelling solo, so hope to meet folk there.
